GZQ, DRY HEAVY MEDIUM SEPARATOR

The dry heavy medium shallow trough separator developed by the dry coal preparation engineering technology research center of Shenzhou group in cooperation with China University of mining and technology uses aerodynamics to take a steady-state gas-solid two-phase fluidized bed with a certain density as the separation medium, and sort the coal in the gravity field according to the floating and sinking principle. The light products less than the medium density will float above and flow through the overflow weir with the flowing medium to become clean coal products; Materials with a density greater than the medium density will sink to the lower part of the sorting tank and be transported out to the gangue outlet by a low-speed chain scraper. The separation speed of materials in the shallow trough separator is fast and the separation process is stable, which can effectively reduce the damage rate of lump coal, and the adjustment range of gas-solid two-phase medium density is wide, which can be adjusted arbitrarily between 1.3-2.2g/cm3, which greatly improves the scope of application. It can not only produce clean coal, but also realize high-density separation. The medium consumption of GZQ dry heavy medium shallow trough separator is less than 0.4kg/t, It is suitable for the separation of 100-6mm particle size coal (the lower separation limit can be reduced to 3mm when the moisture is low).
